Theoben Rapid 7 Inertia weight & spring
Theoben Rapid 7 Inertia weight & Stainless Steel spring to reduce hammer bounce.
I have seen a lot of Rapid 7s with the Inertia Weight and Spring the wrong way round. This will result in poor performance so make sure you put them in the right way round.
