Adjustable Hammer conversion for the Older to Later Rapid 7 models that have a fixed hammer. This makes the hammer adjustable so you can adjust the locktime and control the power easier with a faster lock time, this also helps when you have different hammer springs.
After removing the hammer you have to then remove the fixed stud by heating the front to break the Locktite that holds the stud secure. See our DVD on Tuning the Rapid 7

For more advanced:
When you have found the setting then you can shorten the inside of the adjusting screw to allow the full inertia travel, but only if required.
Just keep the the end of the adjusting screw level with the bottom of the hammer.
This will not fit our adjustable hammer because ours has a different thread.
