Theoben Rapid 7 Seal kit + tools for the old Stainless Steel Body
Seal Kit and Tools for the Old Rapid 7s that have a Stainless Steel Body and not the Plastic one. (the plastic body has to be changed as a whole unit).
This kit has 2 X Bottle O rings, 2 X White Exhaust Seals, 1 X O ring for the Exhaust valve, 1 X Small O ring for the body, 1 X Middle O ring 1 X Outer ring, 1 X for the Bottle holder, 1 X for the access Plug, 1 X for the second access plug. Small sachet of Molycote 33 to lubricate the seals.
You should always replace the exhaust valve at the same time as the seals or body.Also contains the special Tools, Collet, seal remover and bar.
The Stainless Steel valve body is harder to set up than the later Plastic valve body. The plastic body can be used in the earlier Rapids and is easier to get a seal. The S Steel body has to be set just right with the white seal protruding around four thousands of an inch. If to much is protruding then the extremely high pressure can force it out easier.
Now made the tools in Stainless Steel, these are available under the options tab for only an extra £2.50
