Adjustable pellet Sizer
Our Adjustable Pellet sizer in High quality Steel Body, the picture now Shows the sizer fitted with the two outer Allen screws made of Stainless steel, and a Stainless Steel 4mm (the sizer on the right) thick ejector plate (the sizer on the left). They can be fitted with a 4mm Ejector Plate option.
Available Now Expander Module
For those of you who have some of the older British guns that are nearer 5.6mm and notice the power difference between 5.5mm and 5.6mm (see my youtube channel) I have been working on an expander module. These will be available seperately or can be added to a new sizer under the options tab.
Because you cannot buy Eley Wasp in 5.6mm any more i have developed a skirt expander module for the sizer. I am doing the video now for my YouTube Channel and will put it on there soon.
Coming Soon skirt expanding module.
Module includes
Ball base SS Ball and Flat base.
Brass Stop with hole.
Brass Stop with ball shaped end.
NOTE
The Ball colour may be any colour. If you buy two different sizes then I try to do the pushers with different colours, but cannot guarantee that.
The .177 pellet pusher is thinner to reach into the smaller bore.
Designed to always keep the front a fraction smaller than the rear with multiple step down the further the pellet is pushed down to the pellet stop for optimum accuracy, power and velocity. Available in .177 and .22, the .20 and .25 to order under the options tab.
Comes with the brass pusher for pushing the pellet into the sizer stop.
How to use our sizer instructions are shown on this site.
Under the heading: Using our adjustable Pellet Sizer.
By counting the number of turns on the adjuster you can set the adjustable sizer for different guns and or pellet combinations.
Turning the adjusting screw one turn will move the stop .66mm that is .025 thousands of an inch up or down the tapered bore.
Pushing a pellet through a standard die will create a pellet that has the front the same size as the rear. This will cause extra drag. Our adjustable sizer will always keep the front a few thousands of an inch smaller for maximum power and accuracy.
The sizers are calibre specific so you need the one for each calibre. the sizer has a full range for that Specific calibre, that is .177 > (4.5 mm) .20 > (5 mm) .22 > (5.5 mm) .25 > (6.35 mm).
Below is some settings that I got with the .25 sizer to give you an idea of the differences. But even half to one turn can make a difference. The .25 would have a greater difference than the smaller calibres. So the smaller sizes have even finer adjustments.
One turn of the main adjuster would move the stop 2/3rds of a millimetre or .026" thousands of an inch. So it is very fine. The Taper looked at very close would show lots of different sizes as the pellet is moved down a small amount.
