Seal Kit only for the Older Rapid 7s that have a Stainless Steel Valve Body and not the Plastic one. (the later plastic bodies have to be changed as a whole unit). Seal kit only for those who already have the tools.
This kit has 2 X Bottle O rings, 2 X White Exhaust Seals, 1 X O ring for the Exhaust valve, 1 X Small O ring for the body, 1 X Middle O ring 1 X Outer ring, 1 X for the Bottle holder, 1 X for the Plug, 1 X for the second plug. Small sachet of Molycote 33 to lubricate the seals.
You should always replace the exhaust valve at the same time as the seals or body, or it will probably still leak.
The Stainless Steel valve body is harder to set up than the later Plastic valve body. The plastic body can be used in the earlier Rapids and is easier to get a seal. The S Steel body has to be set just right with the white seal protruding around four or five thousands of an inch. If too much is protruding then the extremely high pressure can force it out easier and leak.
