Rapid 7 or BSA Super 10 Bottle adjustment on our High Flow bottle holder.
Before you fit the Bottle holder to the gun it will need to be set for your gun.
PROCEDURE
Fill the bottle first.
Then unscrew the middle adjuster so it will not open the bottle valve when it is screwed into the holder.
Screw the bottle on to the Bottle holder firmly. Then screw the adjuster in carefully until it contacts the bottle valve. Do not screw in any more or it will open the valve.
Remove the bottle while still holding the contact position. After the bottle has been removed, you can then screw the adjuster in half a turn or there abouts. Then drop a small amount of Locktite onto the adjusting screw so it will keep that position. Leave to set. after the Locktite has set you can check the bottle valve opens at the correct time when screwed on.
Repeat the above procedure if required until you are happy with the setting.
If it opens too early then you will blow the bottle O ring.
If it is not screwed in enough then it will take a long time to fill the gun air chamber.
It is always best when screwing the bottle onto the gun, to do the last part quickly before the releasing air blows the bottle O ring.
